Pledge

  1. The applicant for the visit, the corporation or organization to which the applicant belongs, or the inquirer, the corporation or organization to which the inquirer belongs, do not and will not fall under the category of organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, companies affiliated with organized crime groups, corporate racketeers, groups engaged in criminal activities under the guise of social movements, or special intelligence violent groups, or any similar entities (hereinafter collectively referred to as "antisocial forces").
  2. The applicant for the visit or their companions, or the inquirer, will not use themselves or third parties to (1) engage in violent demands, (2) make unjustified demands beyond legal responsibility, (3) engage in threatening behavior or use violence, (4) spread rumors, use deceit or power to damage the reputation of the Osaka Hikari no Mori Project (hereinafter referred to as "the Project") and the participating companies of the Project, or interfere with their business activities.
  3. If it is found that either 1 or 2 apply or are likely to apply, or if the applicant or inquirer has made false statements regarding 1 or 2, the Project company may take measures such as canceling the visit or stopping responses to inquiries. Furthermore, if false reports regarding 1 or 2 result in damage to the Project or the participating companies of the Project, the applicant or inquirer will immediately compensate for such damage.

Privacy Policy

In order to appropriately handle the personal information of our customers, business partners, etc. used in the planning, development and overall management of our domestic power generation business and retail electricity business, we will comply with laws and other regulations , establish internal rules and systems, and establish the following Privacy Policy, and will implement this policy

  1. We will acquire, use, and provide personal information appropriately, taking into consideration the content of our business (planning, development, and general management of domestic power generation business, and retail electricity business).
  2. We will acquire personal information by lawful and appropriate measures, and will handle it for the agreed-upon purposes. In addition, we will take appropriate measures to prevent use beyond such agreed-upon purposes.
  3. We will comply with the Laws, Governmental Guidelines and other regulations concerning the handling of personal information.

  3. The purpose for utilization

We will conduct appropriate supervision based on the contract between the outsourcing company.

  11. Security Control Measures
    We appropriately implement the following security control measures regarding the handling of personal information. These measures comply with the requirements of the Privacy Mark, and the acquisition of the Privacy Mark certifies that we handle personal information appropriately.

      In order to ensure the proper handling of personal information, we have established a "Personal Information Protection Policy."

      We have established internal rules regarding how personal information will be handled, who will be in charge, and what their roles will be.
    3. Organizational security control measures
      After appointing a "Personal Information Protection Manager" as the person responsible for handling personal information, we will clarify and supervise the responsibilities and authority of employees regarding the handling of personal information, as well as any facts or signs of violations of laws or internal regulations. If we become aware of something, we have a system in place to report and contact the person in charge. We regularly inspect the handling of personal information and conduct appropriate audits.

      We regularly provide education and training to employees regarding the proper handling of personal information.
